HEATING/COOLING

HEATING/COOLING

Purpose of the cooling system; It is to remove excess heat from the engine, raise the engine to the most efficient temperature as soon as possible and ensure that it remains at that temperature. Regardless of ideal operating conditions, the cooling system should operate the engine at the most efficient temperature. As the fuel burns in the engine, approximately 1/3 of the energy in the fuel is converted into work. The other 1/3 is thrown out of the exhaust as unburned fuel without being used at all, and the remaining 1/3 turns into heat energy.

There are two main types of cooling systems; Liquid Cooling and Air Cooling.

The function of the heating system; Our aim is to ensure that the vehicle interior is not stuffy, that the necessary temperature is provided in the cold winter months, and that the health, safety and comfort of the occupants are ensured. This heating process is carried out with the heating systems used in vehicles.
